Today, nearly 10,000 people call Downtown Cleveland home, including reverse commuters who work in the suburbs. And the word about Cleveland is spreading. 86% of people moving downtown come from outside the City, and 51% came from outside Cuyahoga County.

With projects like The Residences at 668, Downtown's population has continued to grow at a healthy pace. With other projects still waiting to begin construction, downtown is looking to add over 1500 additional housing units over the next 5 years!
